Per recommendation of the JC London crew, I went and checked out Brick Lane. It was AWESOME! One of the only places with legalized graffiti and there are some amazing works of art. If you look real hard, you can come across one or two famous Banksy works. Lots of outdoor markets around there too with some good cheap eats, worth checking out. Before you go, google where the Banksy ones are and make notes on a map cuz they're a bit hard to find. The guys at the store are SUPER nice too, just ask them what else they'd recommend, they know of some great little gems.
